For our international headquarters in Ecublens Switzerland to join the Group IS Team, we are currently looking to hire a person for the position of:


Junior Business Intelligence & Data Developer


  • Partner with LEMO Business departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions on existing Data/BI platform
  • Support the development of KPIs and their deployment inside the LEMO Group, considering all key functions (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, …)
  • Contribute to build the LEMO Group data referential (Product, customer, etc…)
  • Design, develop and support BI solution according to LEMO IS methodology
  • Monitor and enhance our ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) to guarantee data quality and BI services availability
  • Provide support and training to the user community



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, ideally with a 3 to 5 professional exposure, preferably on manufacturing business
  • Knowledge on BI and Master Data Management tools. Practical experience with BI tools (MS Reporting Services, PowerBi, …). Programming skills with data manipulation language (as SQL, R, Python). Data acumen and attention to details. Analytical skills
  • Good communication skill, capable to convince and build long term professional relationship
  • English and French speaking
