Production Quality Engineer

Job Designation

To further strengthen our “Quality” department, we are currently looking for a “Production Quality Engineer – Aero Value Stream”. 

The Position

As “Production Quality Engineer – Aero Value Stream” you will be accountable for represent Quality Assurance department as prime contact on quality event related to the Aero Value Stream. You will manage the implementation, follow-up and associated reporting of the undertaken actions. In addition, you will be responsible to evaluate and develop initiatives for continuous improvement including leads of Kaizen/workshop within the Aero Value Stream

Job Core Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with organization’s QMS, applicable aerospace and customs requirements
  • Perform Cost of Poor Quality reduction & First Article Inspection
  • Manage the assigned KPI
  • Support product change request (PCR) activities and associated industrialization duties (NPI)
  • Lead problem solving activities on escapes reported by customers and non-conformities raised during inspections for event resolution
  • Support and liaise with the different Quality Clinics (Production, Repair station and MRB) on non-conformities processing
  • Lead and maintain Nadcap accreditation (including preparation and non-conformity management
  • Plan, perform and follow-up internal audits (system, product and special process) to support compliance of Site
Job Specifications
  • Engineering degree in mechanical, electronical or microengineering (HES/EPF or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in production engineering or quality assurance
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination
  • Experience with electronic system and manufacturing processes
  • Quality DPRV / DSQR / AS13001
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
  • Fluent in French and English
