We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our client in the industrial sector, based in the canton of Geneva. This role serves as the right-hand person to the Human Resources Director (HRD), playing a critical part in HR project development, acting as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for a key segment of their workforce, and providing robust support to their HR operations department.

Missions

  • Collaborate closely with the HRD in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Act as HRBP, providing strategic and operational HR support to a designated segment of the workforce.
  • Support the HR operations department, ensuring efficient and effective HR services delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations, leveraging in-depth knowledge of local HR practices.
  • Manage and support key personnel, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively suggest innovative HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage succession planning and the mentoring scheme.
  • Able to provide a backup for the running of payroll to the HR Ops Manager
  • Develop individual performance related compensation schemes and benchmark roles.
  • Manage all employment benefits and compensation such as salary reviews and bonus schemes.
  • Support management in maintaining a good working environment and provide strong commercial advice when needed in relation to disciplinary and grievances.
  • Develop contracts, policies and procedures to meet the business requirements in line with UK Law.
  • Preparation and control of HR budgets and KPI's.

Profil du candidat

  • Proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the industrial sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR operations.
  • Strong managerial skills with the ability to offer high-quality support to a crucial workforce segment.
  • Exceptional command of French (fluent) and English (very good).
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to propose constructive suggestions and solutions.

Conditions et Avantages

Permanent contract.

1 day home office per week.
