Description

• Create and manage production and installation of the Temporary Pop Ups, following corporate guidelines and retailer restrictions, coordinate and approve in liaison with internal teams: Global Travel Retail department, brands, marketing, commercial department and clients/retailers.

• Follow up of technical challenges of the initial proposal (internally with the HQ team and externally with the supplier/decorator and retailer) and all logistic procedures related to the proposal installation (deliveries, orders…)

• Manage project schedules, deadlines and deal with quotations negotiation with selected suppliers.

• Manage projects with external producers: locally produced furniture, request and approve quotes, prototypes and materials. (Suppliers visit for prototype control)

• Provide suppliers with clear design briefs, materials and brand guidelines. Ensure excellent follow-up on projects before and after production is complete. (Travel for store check are expected)

• Management budget by allocating the savings in future opportunities (coordination with Marketing & Sales Department)

• Create a solid Partnership with the VM to well cascade all the coming opening with clear needs to have the best VM execution. (involve all the animation and yearly CPS needs)

• Give a hand on temporary project management when requested over the pic animation period.

Reports to: Travel Retail Design department & VM Manager. Mindful Management, strong team work within the services and department

Mission: The retail designer will guarantee the implementation and production excellence for the Travel Retail permanent point of sale. 4 Pop up Stores in Europe.

Mandatory :

• More than 3 years of Retail Design & Project Management Experience in Travel Retail
• Skills: Project management, Follow up Brands Guidelines, Autonomy, Ownership, adaptable to fast paced and entrepreneurial environments
• IT Skills: Sketch up
• Languages: English >C1 and ideally French
• Travel : Yes
