Job Description

Act as the global Champion to strengthen and bring further our Organizational Development function and Learning culture in order to support AP development, embedding a Continuous Improvement mindset in the Company.

You will be fully accountable for taking Organizational Development and Learning initiatives that will support our goal to become more agile while developing critical capabilities and sustaining Engagement of our teams at the highest level.

Organizational Development / Culture:

Lead Organizational efforts that support our Core AP Values and Behaviors:

  • Facilitate the HR Transformation agenda, support local HR leaders in their initiatives to bring our Behaviors to life
  • In particular, set a more Feedback driven Culture (less top/down - more participative)

Drive Accountability and Empowerment throughout the ORG with a "Kaizen mindset":

  • Support Countries and Corporate functions in their Organizational Design efforts to become more agile and adopt a continuous improvement mindset:
  • Facilitate local / functional Organizational reviews (and ad hoc projects) focusing on Simplification, Nimbleness, Accountability and Empowerment
  • Support in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition &Development global peer some key initiatives (Synergies, Leadership programs ...)
  • Develop Regional / Market / OD Intelligence, benchmark organizational practices

Learning and Capability Development:

You will build the Global Learning framework, capturing Critical Capabilities to be developed as a competitive advantage for the future;

Act as a Center of Excellence for Learning and facilitate synergies among other Learning communities.

Leverage our Learning Management System to put Learning at the core of our Employee Development Agenda.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience with demonstrated success in orchestrating organizational development and change is required.
  • Knowledge of and experience in leading edge methods and approaches to creating sustainable competitive advantage through Human Resources
  • Experience in the design and conduct of Organizational Development interventions such as team building, workshops etc.
  • Master's degree or other advanced degree in related discipline preferred. BS Degree required. Master's degree in organizational development strongly preferred.
