Retail Marketing Manager (100%)

Job Tasks


  • Support implementation of retail marketing initiatives and plans across all store formats.

  • Coordinate conceptualization and execution of visual merchandising concepts and retail campaigns with product marketing and sales teams.

  • Plan and support retail calendar initiatives and toolbox development (windows, visuals, props).

  • Ensure smooth deployment of retail marketing content, in-store guidelines, and VM manuals.

  • Keep abreast of market trends to identify global and regional opportunities and shifts, leveraging commercial opportunities for the brand via best-in-class VM/retail marketing solutions.

  • Contribute to building consumer-centric customer journeys in-store, understanding each product category's market position and blending fact-based and intuitive inputs into POS executions.

  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to define market-relevant seasonal priorities and hero product selection for each campaign.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on competitive VM and product placement solutions across seasons, markets, and store types.

  • Support implementation of a creative visual merchandising strategy balancing aesthetics with productivity and commerciality, establishing assortment structure/framework.

  • Articulate tactics to express new brand positioning and attributes in stores/channels/retail formats, supporting the pricing team in establishing a global pricing framework.

  • Support articulation of customer journeys and zoning requirements for all store clusters, oversee production of VM agency partners, manage budgets, and control cost center spendings.

  • Lead deployment calls with markets and instruct store staff on arranging displays and in-store campaigns, advise on promoting new product launches and reflecting festive or seasonal themes.

  • Develop retail-specific brand codes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, define seasonal and permanent visual assets to support product stories and shopper needs.

  • Support new store concept and format development, monitor costs of all VM tools, maintain brand and operating standards, and track in-store performance.



Job Skills


  • Education: Secondary education (university degree or similar).

  • Work experience: +5 years of experience in retail marketing.

  • Hard skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, analytical data report analysis, fluent communication skills in English and German.

  • Soft skills: Emotional intelligence, collaborative team spirit, attention to detail, time management.

  • Industry knowledge: Retail experience is a prerequisite, F&B experience is a plus.
