As a team member of the Packaging Development department based in Crissier and part of our global Pharmaceutical R&D, you will play an active role in the development and optimization of our polymer containers systems for pharmaceutical and irrigation products in collaboration with different sites/colleagues worldwide.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and assignments related to container systems development and/or pharmaceutical products compliance
  • Bring your expertise towards development and optimisation of highly technical pharmaceutical container systems and combination products
  • Support conception, prototyping and finalization of container systems, including technical drawings, coordinating external and internal partners for i.e. polymer moulded parts
  • Support life cycle activities for products on the market in order to maintain B.Braun activities
  • Handling of packaging related activities within change controls, deviations and CAPAs applicable to existing products for pharmaceuticals and irrigation applications
Professional skills
  • MSc in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or judged equivalent
  • Proven experience in R&D and/or technical roles
  • Proven experience in Technical Design
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry and its processes related to container system manufacturing and testing is a plus
Personal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate within the framework of international group working environment
  • Foster strong Team Spirit with all colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow general objectives and group strategies
  • Ability to work in matrices bringing both competences in raw materials/components and container system development
