TESA PMI Sàrl, which currently operates in several countries around the world, is looking for a :

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Your main missions on the position would be as follows:

  • Implement purchasing strategy for the Group.
  • Manage and encourage collaboration between the group's purchasing centers.
  • Develop partnerships with suppliers to ensure that TESA PMI has a viable long-term procurement policy.
  • Exploit the global purchasing potential for the benefit of all procurement.
  • Carry out comparative cost analyses and select suppliers in line with the Group's purchasing strategy.
  • Participate in project groups and contribute expertise.
  • Analyze suppliers' technological capabilities and audit potential new suppliers in cooperation with the R&D and Quality departments.
  • Manage a team of 4 employees, ensuring their professional development and day-to-day performance.

Your profile :

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a senior leadership role within supply chain management, ideally in Industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of driving impactful results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong capacity of negociation at all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • Proficiency in supply chain technologies and tools, with a willingness to embrace new innovations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss supply chain regulations.
  • Fluency in both French and English. Proficiency in German is an advantage.

Type of contract: 100% permanent
