About the role

For our client, an NGO active in the field of international labor law, we are looking for a junior legal advisor! You will join an international team and will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Apply now!

Work tasks

  • Analysis of the provisions of ILO conventions and recommendations
  • Research on issues related to international labor standards
  • Drafting briefs related to international labor
  • Updating and organizing the online legal database with new information
  • Preparing documents for discussions on cases and complaints before ILO standards supervisory bodies
  • Provide legal support to other advisors

We are looking for

  • You hold a degree in international law (if it's in international labor law, that's a plus!)
  • You have experience (internships count!) in a related field
  • You are very interested in the field of international labor law
  • You speak English fluently ; if you speak French or Spanish, that's an asset
  • You have excellent drafting skills in English
  • You are open-minded and would love to join a multicultural team

Additional information: Start date: July 15th ; End date: December 15th ; Activity rate: 50% until September 15th, and 80% from September 15th onwards
