As a Field Service Representative (m/w/d) you will support the colleagues of the Field Sales Team on the operative level at the customers. As a member of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team, the Field Service Representative (m/w/d) will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customers' consignment stocks and for administration of software updates to our technical programming devices.
The position reports in solid-line to the Sales Manager and dotted-line to the Service Managers in Switzerland.

A Day in the Life

  • Support of Medtronic Sales Team at local operative level

  • Managing and updating assets on our customers site - Software Updates

  • Servicing defined clients in the management of hospital consignment stocks in Switzerland

  • Inventory control, billing of consumptions and reordering of products with our in-house EDP system

  • Clarification of stock variances directly with the customer and procurement

  • Managing the required information for billing

  • Stock clearing and portfolio change support

  • Working closely with the sales colleagues in the various areas of CRM, Customer Care and Commercial Operations CRM to optimize inventory and redistribute our products

  • Creating customer documentation to support commercial proposals

Must haves 

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the medical or technical field

  • Several years of experience in the field of transport logistics or in the working environment hospital

  • Business fluent in German, French and English

  • Good computer skills (MS Office package)

  • High willingness to travel up to 60 % within whole Switzerland and driver's license

  • Strong communication and social skills

  • Strong motivation to build and maintain reliable customer relationships

  • Independent, responsible thinking and acting as well as a sense of responsibility

  • Willingness to learn, flexibility and resilience - paired with goal-oriented and structured working style

Nice to haves 

  • Experience in dealing with healthcare customers 

  • Experience in dealing with CRM systems and / or merchandise management systems
