We deal with patients from the Swiss health insurance system, as well as international patients. cereneo and its subsidiaries support patients in their various phases after a neurological illness, ranging from inpatient and outpatient treatment to the area of remote rehabilitation.

Job description

You should possess the necessary knowledge and skills to support management efficiently and effectively with methodical corporate development. You combine quality management expertise with the ability to initiate and control change processes and organisational development. Your main responsibility lies in the planning, implementation and further development of the quality management system, including coordinating all procedures and activities to improve the QM system and oversee implementation. You can plan corporate processes and facilitate them by designing and managing processes in line with strategy.


You interpret the requirements of external stakeholders for cereneo and integrate them into the management system in line with management's specifications. You competently supervise the resulting change processes within the company. You take the lead on projects covering your own specialist subjects and moderate CIP workshops.


You support management in general and organisational administrative tasks. You are also responsible for individual,
goal-oriented personnel development processes for employees who report directly to Patient Administration and the member of staff responsible for Administration and QM.

  • Quality Management qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Enjoyment in extensive, diverse areas of responsibility

  • Previous management experience an advantage

  • Experience in working with MS Office

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, good knowledge of English
