In 2020, the UEFA EURO will celebrate its 60th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, the tournament will be played across 12 different European cities - bringing the EURO closer to the fans and celebrating the best of European football and culture. To make this all possible, we need fantastic, dedicated people in every area.

The Accreditation Hotline Assistant provides organisational and administrative support to the Accreditation Hotline Coordinator and assists with delivering the accreditation hotline service for the EURO 2020â„¢ tournament.

EURO 2020 Hotline Assistant

Purpose:

* Assisting with applying and coordinating the accreditation hotline procedure;

* Helping to implement the hotline accreditation concept;

* Manning the accreditation hotline and provide first-level troubleshooting;

* Building strong relationships and liaising with the Accreditation team;

* Building up solid knowledge of the accreditation process in order to be more effective in hotline support;

* Working closely with the whole Accreditation team at all levels to ensure a smooth, integrated process for all accreditation operations;

* Taking the lead in any accreditation subproject delegated to him/her;

* Supporting the team and management as necessary;

* Any other duties/events as defined by management.

Requirements: Experience required:

- less than 1 year / in a relevant field (in an international company/organisation a major advantage)

- less than 1 year / in a call centre

Education:

- Education in a relevant field

Languages:

- English / Proficient

Additional requirements:

- MS Excel / Advanced

- MS Outlook / Advanced

- MS PowerPoint / Advanced

- MS Word / Advanced

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Positive and solution-minded attitude

- Ability to keep track of ever-changing information from several sources, by creating/managing an effective information filing and updating system

- Ability to carry out duties with pragmatism and a sense of mission
