To lead our HR Operations at our Partners site at Cilag AG in Schaffhausen (a Johnson & Johnson company), we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated

HR Specialist (100%)

Main responsibilities

  • Act as Randstad HR Business Partner for all aspects of the Temporary Workforce onsite at Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Schaffhausen (approx. 100 temporary employees)

  • Responsible for the full HR Lifecycle Management with a focus on Recruitment, Business Partnering and HR administration (entry, exit, contracts, etc.) for all temporary workers

  • Independent management and processing of Workers working time in SAP incl. preparations for the payroll run

  • Comply with Johnson & Johnson specific HR policies and regulations incl. the local labor agreement

  • Act as a competent contact in all social insurance and Labor law topics for Line Managers and temporary workers

  • Act as a Point of contact for Hiring/Line Managers in all HR related topics regarding temporary workforce

  • Functional Leadership of an HR Assistant (part time & remote)

  • Continuous optimization of HR processes between Cilag AG and Randstad Inhouse Services

  • Act as Sparring Partner for the Cilag Leadership Team and Johnson & Johnson HR for strategic initiatives around the temporary workforce on site

  • You have a commercial degree (KV) with some years of experience in an operational HR function

  • Further HR Education is desirable (eidg. HR Fachausweis)

  • Strong communication in German (fluent) and English

  • Service-oriented, flexible, dynamic

  • Able to work independently and take responsibility

  • Innovative mindset and focus on continuous improvement

Language skills

  • German, excellent

  • Englisch, business fluent

Working experience

  • At least 3 years of working experience
