YOUR CHALLENGES

• Data collection and analysis in the area of ​​human resources.
• Assist in the preparation of staff reports, analyzes and presentations.
• Participate in projects to optimize HR processes and policies
• Support in the implementation of controlling instruments and methods in the human resources area.
• Participation in the optimization of processes and KPIs in the area of ​​human resources.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's or Master's degree student in finance, accounting or analytics.
• Overall interest in Human Resource.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Appetite for data collection and analysis.
• A self-starter by nature, well organized.
• Collaborate with HR Service & Payroll team members to implement process improvements (and automation solutions).
