We are therefore looking for a highly motivated quality manager that supports the team in upholding these quality standards in all product development related processes. You will become a crucial part of all development activities such as requirements engineering, risk management, detailed planning as well as verification and validation while strengthening the teams focus on quality and compliance. Our very open and motivated team of engineers, designers and a product manager will welcome you and give you everything you need to make the team reach the quality objectives. You will be able to make a huge impact by ensuring that our product development processes work and produce the desired outcomes.

Your Role:

As our Product Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product not only meets but exceeds the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be actively involved in:

Requirements Engineering: Defining quality requirements from the outset.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle.

Planning: Contributing to detailed product development plans with a quality-first mindset.

Verification and Validation: Ensuring our products perform as intended, are safe, and comply with all regulations.

Technical Documentation: Gathering outputs of all processes and structuring them in auditable formats.

You will be the quality champion within a collaborative team of engineers, designers, and product managers, driving quality objectives and ensuring our development processes deliver exceptional outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Passion for improving healthcare through technology.
• Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the tech or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in digital health. No trouble reading ISO standards and regulatory documents to gather understanding of the requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
