Sales Enablement & Sales Support Specialist

In this position you represent an integral part of the Sales Enablement Team, offering support in the areas of sales processes and sales tools. Furthermore, you support the EMEA and ASM regions in various business processes.

Main tasks are:

  • Assisting CRM Program Manager with regard to various tasks in Salesforce like maintenance, testing of functionalities, user trainings, integration of 3rd party tools, documentation, change requests, custody of data quality

  • Business analyses for Sales/Service (Power BI Reports)

  • Support of European distributor organization: project follow up, information transfer, report preparation

  • Onsite support for events (exhibitions, distributor meetings)

  • Cooperation with marketing for EMEA (e.g. webinars)

Education and skills required:

  • IT competence with excellent MS Office skills and a good basic understanding of data visualization, analytics, social media and related areas

  • Technical background or related chemical or scientific foundation

  • English / German language business proficiency, additional languages are an asset

  • Experience with CRM and business software and previous experience in internal sales in a scientific / instrumentation field will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
