For a Nestlé entity based in La Tour-de-Peilz we are looking for an immediate on boarding a

KAM Backoffice Assistant - 100% - 3 month

  • Verification and nurture of productive business communication with Customer buyers to improve relationship with customers
  • Support of Key Account Managers in: managing operational activities like annual planning of Trade Activities, assortment management, Promotional
  • Planning and providing reporting and analysis
  • Delivery of accurate Trade activity on time and information such as off-invoice discounts and accruals. Ensure reliable tracking and reporting of TTS (CRM vs. KAM Tool alignment) and invoices process (Settlement) to guaranty the adherence to conditions framework
  • Ensure flawless E2E execution of promotional Trade Activities to support and liaise with Demand Planning. (Budget, Offer, volume planning, evaluation)
    Proactively construction and implementation of improvements to sales and cross stream processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits
  • Adherence to all company principles and policies
  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or higher education degree
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience, preferably in Sales or Supply Chain roles (e.g. Demand planning, Customer service) in a similar market environment or trade structure
  • Fluency in French and English, German would be a strong plus
