We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager Nescafé Dolce Gusto (NDG).
In this position, you will define the commercial strategy for machines (Delivery Category Growth, Channel & Category strategy) and execute it in strong collaboration with our machine partners at Point of Sales (PoS) with focus on Promotion, PoS communication and distribution.
Build and sustain a solid partnership with machine partners to drive machine category growth and increase active machine park of NDG.
Develop and deploy machine strategy understanding shopper, machine partner and customer needs as well as instore environment: Recommend pricing and promotional strategy, define SKUs for key channels and key customers, develop selling stories and coordinate customer plans.
Develop and execute cross-functionally aligned Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP). Track and monitor the performance, strategic alignment and ROI of agreed activities. Identify "gaps" and develop/coordinate corrective actions.
Lead external field sales force in Electronic Retail. Set targets, develop and share plans and support the agency team to implement plans successfully.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial function (sales or Trade) in FMCG or in Electro retail and ideally experience in Marketing
