As the Brand Communication Manager, you will affirm Nespresso Switzerland's brand image as a high quality sustainable coffee brand, maintain brand awareness and protect the company's reputation, by developing and executing an integrated communications plan across all touchpoints, creating local campaigns as well as adapting the global ones to the local market needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Define communication needs for the Swiss market based on consumer insights and execute relevant campaigns/activities to further strengthen the Nespresso Brand
  • Define the relevant communications mix for each campaign including ATL, digital, performance, social media, public relations and events
  • Establish and leverage relationships with key media networks as well as with creative & PR agencies
  • Develop the market's sponsoring and brand experience strategy, negotiating relevant partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Act as Brand Guardian across the company ensuring consistent visual brand identity and tone of voice
  • Manage a team of 6 people  
Required Profile
  • University degree in Marketing and/or Communication
  • At least 8 years' experience as Communications or Media Manager or as Brand Manager with strong digital and/or media responsibilities in a premium, lifestyle consumer goods environment
  • People management experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
  • Experience in managing external agencies
  • Understanding of the PR landscape in Switzerland
  • Fluent in English, German/Swiss German, and French
