Key Account Manager

The Role

We require a proactive individual with a track sales record with a focus on quality and to add value to our customers business and at the same time increase revenue from them.  


They will be responsible for the proactive control, direction and communication of all operational aspects of selected key relationships to Audatex. The overriding objective is to add value to our customers business e.g. by driving digitisation in the claims business and at the same time increase revenue generated from these key customers, and to sell into new accounts ensuring pipeline & forecast revenue targets are executed on time. 


What You'll Do

  • Maximize all revenue / profit opportunities whilst maintaining 1st class customer service, ethics and value proposition ratios to our existing and potential customers 

  • Developing long-term customer roadmaps and breaking it down to the needed next step actions to generate double digit growth with our Key Accounts in the Automotive and Property Claims business. 

  • Define, manage and implement a strategic program of account development for selected customers 

  • Ensure that pre-sales activities for new solutions are positioned with all existing allocated Audatex customers  

  • Monitor Competitors activities within the allocated accounts 

  • Investigate Customers pain points and strategies and transform this into opportunities for sales 

  • Work with the team to ensure timely delivery of the most valuable contracts.  

  • Ensure that all existing allocated Audatex customers have been offered / sold all relevant products relevant to their own business, focusing on the White Box Strategy for increase product penetration. 

  • Working close with Country MD on Key activities to become the nr.1 Market leader in the Swiss business. Representing the Solera/Audatex Brand in the Market. 

  • Prospect, present to, and close new business from any allocated or discovered channel within the remit given. 

  • Work closely with the other Business Development Managers / National Account Managers, Sales & Operations Director and Head Network Sales, providing them with support at all times, either directly with our customers or escalating competing resource issues internally, to ensure that we achieve our promises to customers. 

  • Manage a program of development and / or implementation activity for selected customers. 

  • Maintain and build strong operational working relationships with selected key customers stakeholders. 


What You'll Bring

  • Good working first-hand knowledge of the Insurance motor claims market 

  • Senior Key Account Manager level with min. 5 years’ experience in the requested business 

  • Understanding of the Accident Repair Industry 

  • Understanding of the rental, lease and in-fleet / de–fleet markets 

  • Understanding of digitization challenges, impacts and opportunities on the claims process 

  • Widen existing contact network. 

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing a successful Target hitting account portfolio. 

  • Fluent in German, French and English
