As the Business Development Manager at Haelixa, you will work in the Swiss team based in Kemptthal and report directly to the CEO. Your role will involve targeting European brands in the textile and fashion industry. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

Schedule: Full-time from March 1st, 2024, or other mutually agreed date.

Holidays: 25 paid days off/year

Location: Kemptthal, Switzerland or Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the Haelixa solution to defined fashion brands
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Convert leads and opportunities into customers with recurring revenues
  • Create strategic action plans that help customers in meeting sustainability regulations
  • Proactively identify and evaluate prospects
  • Gain access to and build strong, sustainable relationships with C-level fashion brand representatives
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing director and technical project managers
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, analyse market trends and communicate product feedback
  • Document and feed all progress in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Shake many hands, but always high-five the team!

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B scale-up or new business development growth case
  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience required in technical consulting or solution sales
  • Ability to analyse complex value chains to establish clear value propositions
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Hunter’s mentality
  • Independent work style and dependable delivery on agreed KPIs every quarter
  • C-level network within fashion brands is a plus
  • University degree in Business or Engineering
  • Fluent in English; Italian, French or Spanish is an advantage
  • Travel/mobility: 20-40% travel within Europe
