Job description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and positive Sales Advisor to join our boutique team in Zermatt. Your mission will be as follow:

  • Achieve boutique objectives and contribute to the growth of sales
  • Provide a best in class customer experience
  • Responsible for proper visual merchandising according to guidelines, both in the window and in-store display - ensure a perfect appearance of the store
  • Execution of tasks required by the Store Manager such as: inventory, reorders, various administrative tasks, ensure all aspects at the top quality
  • Active participation in team meetings

  • Able to provide customers with the best experience possible, from the greeting to the after sales service

Professional requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Retail luxury experience
  • Watch product knowledge / interest preferred


  • Fluent in English and German
  • Good command of another language is a plus (Thai, Chinese...)
