🍣 The Negishi Sushi Bar is one of the food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) and is popular for its varied sushi creations. FWG is well represented in the Metalli Zug shopping avenue - among other things with the Negishi Sushi Bar. Almost 200 seats including a terrace invite you to enjoy the delicious sushi creations in a relaxed atmosphere. Take-away and delivery orders are also prepared in the Negishi Sushi Bar Metalli. At the same time, the team puts a smile on the face of each of our guests, because the motto of the Negishi Sushi Bar is: "eat - smile - enjoy".

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Your Tasks

  • Provide the mise en place for lunch and dinner service
  • Produce Sushi Rolls
  • Independent preparation of specials and dishes of the day
  • General cleaning work
  • Adherence to the hygiene concept according to HACCP

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
  • Good command of English and intermediate German
  • Clean, efficient and precise way of working
