Overview

We are looking for an energetic addition to our innovative Quality Assurance team, which currently consists of five dedicated individuals. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will not only be an indispensable part of our team, but will also make a significant contribution to ensuring the quality of our products throughout their entire life cycle. Your tasks will include working closely with various specialist departments, from production to service. You will review processes, drive quality concepts and projects and represent SKAN to our customers on quality issues.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and further developing the quality management system
  • Quality assurance functions within the SKAN product and project organisation, as well as the international service business and ensuring the associated customer communication
  • Conformity check of internal specification documents, processes, reports and technical documentation
  • Planning and carrying out internal audits, customer audits and supplier audits
  • Handling deviation and change procedures as well as CIP
  • Further development of quality concepts for SKAN products and services in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Conducting training courses on quality standards and processes

Hardskills

  • Training as a quality and process manager with several years of professional experience in a QA/QC environment; or university degree in engineering or in the natural sciences with several years of professional experience in a QA/QC environment
  • Good knowledge of German, very good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Profound MS-Office knowledge is required
