Skyguide provides air navigation services for Switzerland and certain adjacent parts of neighbouring countries. With its 1500 employees at 14 locations in Switzerland, the company guides some 1,2 million civil and military flights a year safely and efficiently through Europe's most complex airspace. To ensure that we continue to fulfill this task in the future, we are seeking a/an:

Information Security Architect

The Information Security Architect ensures that the security architecture supports skyguide's overarching corporate objectives and security strategy. In his role, he supports and monitors business and technical programs and projects to ensure that their design and implementation comply with industry standards and good practice and that their results meet the expectations of internal and external customers. The Information Security Architect is responsible for defining, maintaining and communicating the security architecture and operational information security governance.
YOUR TASK
  • Translating security policies and directives into specific requirements, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Defining architectural principles
  • Defining the security architecture, its components and services
  • Initiating changes that are needed to improve information security
  • Consulting of project and line organizations regarding the implementation of security requirements
  • Ensure that company-wide security requirements are correctly implemented
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor or master degree in engineering or science
  • Holding at least two of the following certifications: CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ECCS or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in information security
  • 10+ years of cumulative experience in any of the following: risk management, information system auditing, system architecture, enterprise architecture, system engineering, software engineering, infrastructure or network operations
  • Knowledge of project management and economics
  • In-depth technical knowledge of at least one of information security governance, information security architecture, information security risk management or security system development.
  • Excellent analysis and synthesis skills, including levels of abstraction
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, document writing skills
  • Masters English language both in oral and in writing (level C1 minimum, advanced)
  • Very good oral and written language skills in French or German; mastering both languages is a clear asset
  • prepared to travel as necessary between Geneva and Wangen b. Dübendorf
