About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to directors and heads of central marketing teams, guiding the creation of local 360 Brand Activation plans in line with guidelines and maximizing brand assets efficiently for commercial success
  • Develop, optimize, and approve the Brand Master Plan, ensuring alignment with overarching objectives
  • Establish and govern effective marketing market interactions and working methods to drive collaboration and efficiency
  • Advocate for market voices, prioritize initiatives persuasively, and foster the sharing and application of on-brand marketing best practices
  • Lead complex projects to ensure plans are sufficient to meet financial goals while upholding global brand strategy
  • Deliver compelling market presentations, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with global strategies and stakeholders
  • Empower markets to execute brand and commercial operations successfully within established frameworks, facilitating the transfer of best practices and success stories across channels

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing / Project Management // Brand Management experience in the luxury fashion and/or jewelry/accessories brands (or similar)
  • Team player and project manager: ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects and workstreams in parallel
  • Strategic thinker and meticulous planner, able to work under pressure on new opportunities, be a problem solver and willing to always go the extra mile
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Natural change agent
  • International background with solid market experience is a big plus
  • Excellent English language proficiency
