• Participate in a research project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), which focuses on questions related to the commercialization of innovations in technology startups.
• Become part of a dynamic team at the Institute for Digital Technology Management and an international research group.
• Get the opportunity to pursue a PhD under the supervision of Prof. David Bendig at the University of Münster (Germany).
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative empirical studies and publish the results in international academic journals.

• A strong university degree at the Master's level, preferably in business and management or economics, along with a keen interest in entrepreneurship and innovation management.
• Enthusiasm for scientific work, perseverance, as well as conscientious and self-organized way of working.
• Initial research experience in the application of empirical research methods.
• Very good oral and written language skills in German and English.
