Perfil do Candidato

Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of logistics activities.

Skills:

• Good influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good commercial skills, initiative and confidence to interact with superiors.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years qualification experience in Logistics preferably in Lubricants or similar industry

Education:

• Bachelor Degree Holder / 5 years of equivalent experience in similar role

Atividades

• Understand the customer requirements for the various facets of the business – in terms of the SLA
• Be in control of all the bulk Sales Orders coming from customers and ensure all sales orders are carefully monitored, managed and actioned.
• Be responsible to coordinate and communicate between the sales team and plant for the requirements and ensure that the requirements are met and well-coordinated. Maintain record of delivery issues.
• Ensure daily communication to sales team & all stake holders on the status of sales orders
• Ensure smart and business wise utilization of internal resources – bulk tankers so that there is no waste of resources due to unplanned movements.
• Ensure systematic replenishment of bulk stocks for barge.
• Ensure prior approvals and proper documentation in place for overland deliveries
• Raise delivery notes in SAP for deliveries from Barge to customer and cross trade shipments.
• Keep updated report of all return shipments, Qatar samples, road permits, annual bunkering permit of various ports, tanker utilization, service level reports, etc.
• Generate PR/MIGO in optima against valid invoices of Logistics service providers
• Capture all monthly fixed costs of Logistics dept. in Ariba by 10th of every month & circulate to all Concerned.

QHSE Objectives & Assignments :

• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures &specific rules and regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
• Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
• Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
• OWNERSHIP OF TWO GOLDEN ROLES No. 2 and 10
• MAINTAIN 100% COMPLIANCE ON PATROM
• Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planed general inspections, loss control tours and other kind of audits as per the TELBU QHSE requirements.
• Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
• Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities
• To comply with TEMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment : process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority )

BULK SALES MANAGEMENT

• Otif marine &= 95%
• Otif local &= 95%
• Tanker capacity utilization for barge deliveries >=95%
• Tanker capacity utilization for local bulk deliveries >=75%
• Tanker capacity utilization for local marine deliveries >=75%
• Tanker trips efficiency for local bulk deliveries >=95%
• Tanker trips efficiency for marine bulk deliveries >=50%

COST MANAGEMENT

• Rate per litre for 9kl tanker = 0.18 fils per litre
• Rate per litre for 5kl tanker = 0.25 fils per litre
• Control on tanker steam cleaning costs

BULK DELIVERY :

• Ensure local sales order are delivered within 72 hours
• Focused approach on lubmarine & barge deliveries
• Circulate monthly reports on tanker utilization & service level
• 100% adherence to sap processes

OTHER OBJECTIVES

• Act as leave replacement for staff handling local distribution.
• Assist on issues related to customs e-gate & local in/out gate
• 100% adherence to sap processes for avaition dispatch
• Monthly reports and adherance.
