At Elca Cloud Services, your main goal will be to ensure service continuity for our customers. 

As a Team Leader in this dynamic role, you will lead a group of four highly qualified engineers responsible for various tasks in the IT domain. Your team will handle engineering, implementation, maintenance, and support of new IT solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives. You will provide mentorship, guidance, and support to your team members, fostering their professional growth and success.

Additionally, you will oversee the planning and execution of network and service expansions, leveraging your team's expertise across various domains such as IP, MPLS, and switching backbone and firewalls. • With your successful completion of a technical apprenticeship or studies in computer science, you have not only gained theoretical knowledge but also practical experience, enabling you to lead by example and provide valuable guidance to your team members.
• Your extensive experience in a comparable environment, whether it be in telecom or IT service providers, or within large corporate IT departments, has honed your leadership abilities and equipped you with a deep understanding of industry practices and standards.
• Your solid experience with security products, particularly Fortinet, underscores your ability to implement robust security measures and effectively mitigate risks within your organization's IT infrastructure.
• Your proficiency with Cisco networking products, backed by extensive experience, ensures that you can lead your team in designing, implementing, and managing complex network solutions to meet the organization's needs.
• Having demonstrated your expertise through relevant certifications, you not only possess the technical knowledge but also the credibility to inspire confidence and trust within your team.
• Your fluency in both French and English fosters effective communication and collaboration within multicultural teams, enabling you to bridge language barriers and facilitate cohesive teamwork.
• Overall, your combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and strong communication skills makes you well-suited to lead and inspire your team to achieve excellence in meeting the organization's IT objectives.

Your experience covers some or all of the following:

• Strong experience on Fortinet firewalls
• Strong experience on Cisco networking products
• Cumulus and Stormshield experience is a big plus 
• Experience in the cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) would be greatly appreciated

You have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English. German language skills are an advantage.

This position will be located in Lausanne.
