About the role

The Vocational & Professional Education Program Manager is responsible for the coordination, development and monitoring of the professional training offer for the EHL Group. In particular, he/she is responsible for the alignment with the strategy, the coordination and compliance of the portfolio of professional courses across entities and campuses, as well as the implementation of new areas of business in the field of professional education and training.

Your responsibilities

You will ensure a advisory role in all aspects of professional education and training within the EHL Group by contributing to the definition of the strategy of the Professional & Vocational Education;

You will coordinate and monitor the development of professional education and training offerings by ensuring a continuous watch on the evolution of markets’ and industry’s needs and provide insights to the Group;

You will implement projects involving different stakeholders with Group EHL and external partners;

You will develop short and long range learning and partnership initiatives with national and international educational and professional organizations;

You will lead transversal projects that contribute to the implementation of our Professional & Vocational programs’ strategy at our campuses or external partner institutions;

You will ensure planning, budgeting, communications and reporting for projects assigned.

About you

You have a Master or equivalent diploma from a higher education institution;

You have 10 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the management of a vocational training establishment and an experience in vocational and professional teaching;

You have a depth understanding of the professional education landscape and of the initial and higher vocational diplomas in the field of hospitality and tourism in Switzerland;

You have an ability to manage complex and cross-functional development projects;

You have a strong leadership;

You fluently speak French, German and English.
