About this job:

As a Hospital Healthcare Professional Relationship Representative, you will ensure the promotion of information and healthcare products among the targeted healthcare professionals who have been trained and met the corresponding evaluations.

As a Hospital Healthcare Professional Relationship Representative, you will:

  • Execute comprehensive information and promotion initiatives for Astellas products within the healthcare sector, adhering rigorously to the Charter of Information through outreach and prospecting.
  • Identify and foster relationships with key healthcare professionals involved in various patient care paths.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal resources to introduce and uphold Astellas' service offerings, serving as a coordinator for initiated services.
  • Develop and meticulously implement a strategic client action plan, ensuring precise adherence to forecasted objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in product knowledge, patient care, and environmental shifts within the healthcare domain.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Possess an updated and nuanced understanding of the intricate workings of the hospital environment along with a thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Demonstrate a mastery of sophisticated sales techniques and effective communication strategies.
  • Exhibit geographical flexibility to facilitate comprehensive coverage for effective engagement.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Display an in-depth comprehension of intricate hospital decision-making processes.
  • Exhibit advanced analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills in professional contexts.
  • Tailor communication strategies adeptly to various interlocutors within the framework of product arguments.
  • Showcase autonomy, exemplary communication skills, and a steadfast commitment to professional responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate adeptness in navigating and thriving within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in scientific English and French, both in written and reading contexts.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position is field-based in the North East Region of France and 5-10% travel is expected in line with your role.
