IT Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Mast er with solid experience in Agile and IT Development Projects related to AI-ML Products for the Banking area. Responsibilities:

• Apply Agile principles to ensure efficient delivery cycles and high product quality
• Facilitate Agile practices within the IT team and collaborate with them to meet business requirements effectively
• Work closely with Product Owners to align deliveries with strategies
• Manage Agile workflow in GitLab, including OKRs, sprints, ceremonies, and reviews

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's  degree in scientific or economic matters
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably grown in IT consulting companies
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Solid experience in preparation, review, sharing, and discussion of Project Status documents
• Ability to manage project stakeholders at all levels
• Solid background in planning and monitoring activities
• Servant Leadership and Problem-Solving skills, preferably grown working on international projects
• Agile / Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM / PSM) would be a great advantage
