IOT Discount Agreement specialist at our HQ in Bern

We are looking for a seasoned professional from the Roaming industry, the best IOT discount agreement negotiator in the market. Being familiar with Roaming wholesale discount agreement lifecycle, having proven record of successful negotiations, knowing how to properly close a settlement period with different models, like straight with tiers, eventually retroactive, balanced/unbalanced, send or pay straight with tiers and IMSI based pricing (capped, fixed charge or minimal charge), including groups (even better group to group), but not limited to, you will use all your knowledge, potential and experience to influence the development of our new services for the wholesale roaming market and to support our customers.

Your responsibilities

  • As the IOT Discount Agreement specialist you will report to the COO 
  • Influence the development of our new services for the wholesale roaming market 
  • Write requirements and specifications for new related services 
  • Provide support in resolving related Bespoke DIOT Managed Service customer queries 
  • Assist in creating internal training courses and educational materials 
  • Deliver internal and external presentations 
  • Work very close with the COO, CCO, Product Managers, Clearing, Hubbing, Sales and Financial teams

Your ideal profile

  • You have a proven record of successful IOT Discount Agreement negotiations 
  • You have a solid knowledge of all existing models of discount agreements used within the Roaming industry 
  • You have an exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships 
  • You have excellent communication skills 
  • You are a quality-oriented personality 
  • You are open minded, ready to adapt to the changing needs 
  • You are committed to deliver, pragmatic and solution oriented 
  • You are customer-focused 
  • You are fluent in English
  •  Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (with a working permit B or C)
And as a plus: 
  • You are fluent in other languages 
  • You know how to work with visROAM
