In order to strengthen the team in our boutique in Gstaad, we are recruiting our future:

Accountabilities

  • Welcoming Clients
  • Traffic management
  • Assist Store Manager with daily duties
  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Preparation of the sales point
  • Tailor-made services VIP customers
  • Refreshment service
  • Administrative & Back Office support to store
  • Receipt of VIP deliveries

Profile

With either a degree or prior experience in the same field, you demonstrate a strong interest in luxury and proficient in modern IT tools. You are fluent in English and French, with knowledge of an additional language being advantageous. You are available at 100% from June 1st, 2024, until September 15th, 2024.

As a team player, your excellent communication skills ensure effective relationships with clients. You are a truthful person, conscientious and committed to meeting the expectations and requirements. Customer oriented and precise, you are organized and able to deliver a high quality of service with attention to detail. You are comfortable in managing your workload and prioritize tasks to optimize time. Finally, dynamic and positive, you believe that there is always a solution to any problem.
