Job description

The ICT System Engineer SaaS will be in charge, within the according team of the different system in order to guarantee the fulfilment of SLA's. The engineers will design, provision and document solutions.
As member of the SaaS-EUC Innovation Team, the role supplies 3^rd Level Support and consults companies and divisions in and outside of Switzerland. The engineers do the problem analysis and troubleshooting together with other team members.

Your responsibilities

  • Setting-up, maintaining, migrating and supporting systems infrastructure
  • Monitoring and alerting in case of incidents
  • Document best practices and procedures for the daily operations task
  • Incident, Release, Change, Configuration, Capacity & Problem management (ITIL way)
  • Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, Azure Daily Operations
  • Exchange, Skype, Microsoft Teams and other communication solution
  • On-call service during the year is mandatory

Profile

  • Very Good technical knowledge on Microsoft Servers and solutions
  • Project Management
  • Good Knowledge on Active Directory
  • Good knowledge on Exchange, Skype or any Microsoft Product is an advantage
  • ITIL foundation experience
  • Innovator
  • Strong analytical competences
  • Good communication skills
  • Candidate needs to work autonomous and must have diagnostic and problem solving capacities
  • Fluent in English and German, or French

Professional requirements

  • Swiss federal diploma in IT or equivalent
  • MCSA Certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an equivalent position

Languages

  • Fluent in English and German, or French
