Main activities and responsibilities

CordenPharma Fribourg is looking for experienced Project Managers who would like to join our talent pool for future projects in order to complete the Local Project Management Team.

 

  • Manages Customer Projects related to drug products development or technical transfer
  • Ensures the quality of project outcomes as needed with the project team (not limited to product quality)
  • Ensures the quality of the customer experience and establishes additional levels of customer relationship. Understands the customer organization and decision-making unit(s), build and influence outcomes
  • Maintains project plan and monitoring/controlling tools. Consolidates information on the status of the program’s projects and performance analyses with a view to global benefits and objectives – and highlights discrepancies to project team and management for correction
  • Provides support and cost calculations to the Commercial organization on strategic initiatives to develop the business globally for CP. Including prospective actions / lifecycle management activities (initiate with the Commercial organization and support them in presenting business cases to management)

Your Profile

  • Master level diploma in pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry or any area related with pharmaceutical industry
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in project management. Proficiency in PM methodologies – a project management certification is desirable
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical/CDMO industry and strong technical and regulatory knowledge
  • Business acumen, global & strategic thinking
  • Strong customer centricity with the ability to advocate for the customer within the organization
  • Understanding of finance topics and cost modelling / controlling
  • Analytical and critical thinking, ability to consolidate & aggregate complex information for stakeholders (management)
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence and soft skill competencies such as communication, team leading, customer relationship building/management, decision-making
  • Leadership behavior, ability to teach, coach & support projects team member
  • Excellent English & French skills, written and spoken.
