Role Overview
The Product Owner plays a key role in the Scrum (Agile) methodology. He or she is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product's functionalities, as well as communicating the customer's requirements at the development stage. The product Owner is responsible for
- Managing the product development process (Functional design)
- Work closely with Otis Line Team, to understand and identify the user's needs, and ensure the product meets customer expectations
