We are looking for an (Jr.) HR Business Partner - 100% permanent contract.

Job description

The HR Business Partner ensures that HR policy is applied and is the main point of contact for a defined group of employees.

In this role, the main tasks are as follows:

- Managing the entire HR lifecycle process a defined group of employees: recruitment, induction, day-to-day monitoring, professional development, and termination of employment relationships

- Visiting stores in Switzerland (German Region) and ensuring that HR policy is applied

- Support and advise managers on all HR topics

- Coach and support managers on leadership and management topics

- Guide employees and act as a point of reference on employment law and other HR issues

- Helping to draw up individual development plans in line with HR strategy

- Advise and guide managers in performance appraisal processes

- Run the monthly payroll process and oversee HR administration

- Working with the HR Department on HR audits

- Working in a HUB out of 4 countries (Germany, Switzerland, Denmark & Sweden) and taking over some superordinate projects

- Participate in HR projects, particularly in connection with staff retention, improving the employee experience and new processes

Profile and skills

- Holder of the Brevet Fédéral de Spécialiste RH (federal diploma for HR specialists)

- French, German or English mother tongue, an advanced level of German and English is required. Italian would be a plus.

- 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position

- Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable

- Willingness to travel within Switzerland on a demand-oriented basis and within the HUB for special situations like Conventions, Team Meetings, etc.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus and team spirit

- Ability to work independently (HR Team is divided within four countries - Manager and Base Team as well) and be solution-oriented

Other

Location: Geneva (HQ) and regular visits to our stores in Switzerland (French speaking region)

Teleworking: 2 days a week
