Context & Mission

Médecins Sans Frontières is an independent, international medical and humanitarian organization that provides care to people in need, people affected by natural or man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and without regard to race, religion, creed or political affiliation (MSF Charter).

The fundraising unit within the MSF Switzerland Fundraising and Communications Department is responsible to ensure the financial resources to support MSF operations by developing and effectively implementing the MSF fundraising strategy to attract and engage donors and supporters to MSF’s cause. Over the past years, the fundraising unit has been investing in a new technological solution (DREAM) aiming at enhancing MSF’s Switzerland fundraising performance through digital transformation.

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable project manager to step into this role during maternity leave of the current DREAM project manager.

DREAM is the name of MSF’s Switzerland donor CRM system based on MS Dynamics 365 managing a donor base of more than 1M records. DREAM is in its second phase of development. Based on a core that was implemented through the 1st phase of the project (live in 2020), a whole new set of applications is now under development. The DREAM project (phase 2) that was launched in February 2023, is split into 6 releases and is managed using agile methodology.
