Your challenge
HR and HCM
- Responsible for the full employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, work contracts, permits, certificates, attestations, unpaid leaves, illness/accident, child/maternity/family allowance declarations in accordance with the Swiss-specific labour laws.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of confidential employee information.
- Support and advice for employees on salary and insurance issues.
- Recommend process improvements for existing HR processes.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve employee issues in a timely manner.
Payroll
- Implementing a payroll management system to manage the processing of all payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues in accordance with the trustee.
- Prepare and review payroll-related reports. Develop and implement payroll-related policies and procedures.
- Manage audits of payroll and time records.
- Monitor and recommend improvements to payroll processes and systems. Manage payroll data entry and ensure accuracy of data entered.
- Prepare payroll documentation and work closely with our local payroll providers.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
HR Sourcing
- Responsible for recruiting and managing HR consulting sourcing profiles.
- Determining and following needs from the Sales department
- Finding the right profile using any social network channels and existing suppliers.
- Conducting interviews with applicants and Sales department or clients
- Driving opportunities to preferred suppliers.
- Identifying future staffing needs for the purpose of proactively sourcing potential hires.
Your profile
- Completed education in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources in Switzerland and Swiss payroll requirements.
- Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
- Good Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Confidential information handling comes natural to you.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English is mandatory.
