HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner 100% 



The HR Business Partner is responsible for our 3 Swiss stations (Geneva, Zurich and Basel) and oversees management of dayshift / nightshift people in a 24hrs business. This position closely supports the Head of HR and actively integrates the business strategy with people management practices.

Your tasks
Talent Acquisition
This role has a strong focus on Recruitment Activities (approx. 50%)
- Collaborate with management of each station regarding their recruitment needs
- Proactively source and select candidates with head hunting methods over the EU market
- Maintain a pool of candidates
- Lead job offers
- Collaboration with HR admin team regarding pre-onboarding tasks
- Onboard and follow up new employees
Staff support
- Provide guidance and support in all matters related to human resources and organizational capabilities
- Advise, coach, and develop the functional leadership team of the assigned business area
- Maintain periodic workforce plan supporting the implementation of the business strategy
- Drive and facilitate change management and organizational development projects for the assigned organizational unit(s)
- Manage the full employee life cycle
- Answer employees’ and supervisors enquiries
- Manage employees related issues
- Maintain employee data (joiners, transfers, secondments, change of working hours, reorganizations, leavers…)
Projects
- Set up HR related processes and pro-actively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the HR organization

Your profile
- You are immediately available
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field
- You have previous experience as Recruiter in an executive search agency and you are willing to grow into the HR field
- You have knowledge of regional staffing laws
- You have experience in stakeholder management in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a strong asset and German would be a plus
