Missions
Event Planning and Organization:
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings, retreats, and events.
- Contribute to the development of presentations, including drafting PowerPoint presentations for quarterly town hall meetings.
- Facilitate team-building activities and events as required.
- Provide support in the recruitment process for consultants, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
Document Management and Reporting:
- Manage SharePoint to ensure timely filing of reports and documents, supporting audit readiness.
- Organize key documents and maintain visibility within the SharePoint platform.
- Regularly review and adjust SharePoint organization as necessary.
Procurement Support:
- Assist in the procurement process by creating and updating supplier profiles in Fusion.
- Coordinate the circulation of memos for signature and create requisitions as needed.
- Provide support to suppliers, including assistance with iSupplier and invoice payments.
- Maintain supplier performance database and act as a liaison with the Sourcing department.
Office Management:
- Manage communication from the Strategic Initiatives email address and update distribution lists accordingly.
Travel Coordination:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for both online and offline consultants as requested.
- Provide travel support for participants attending organization events.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
