We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team in Geneva. As part of their HR Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle for their Geneva office.

This is a permanent and full time role.

Our client is an international HQ based in Geneva.

Missions

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee processes, including onboarding, contract creation, and exit procedures, for employees across various European locations.
  • HR Documentation: Draft employment contracts, attestations, and other official correspondence. Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases.
  • Collaboration with their payroll team.
  • Absence monitoring : sick leave and workplace accidents in partnership with payroll and external service providers.
  • Work Authorizations: Manage new work permit applications and renewals in Switzerland in collaboration with external providers.
  • Compliance and Legal Matters: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports on various metrics, providing insights to management.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of HR processes and mobility management.

Profil du candidat

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP HR systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple locations.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of Swiss and European labor laws and regulations.
