The Sales Representative Oncology will join our team in Muenchenbuchsee with the aim to develop sales of Oncology products in Middle part of Switzerland.

The responsibilities are the following:

Ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with GSK’s high ethics and compliance standards and all applicable local legal requirements and regulations.
Drive optimal Zejula usage in the part of Switzerland Mitte (Bern, Zentralschweiz and Basel) by effectively communicating the value and the appropriate use of our portfolio of therapeutic products.
Engage and develop all relevant accounts/customers in the territory, targeting customers in line with company strategy and individual customer needs.
Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure the promotion of Zejula and company image.
Work collaboratively with all functions to ensure successful launch and/or ongoing promotion of GSK products.
Effectively use a Customer Relationship Model (CRM) system for communication and documentation purposes and to strategically analyze the market and prioritize necessary action.
Update and improvement of the target audience and their segmentation
Provide clear and timely feedback to the manager and other colleagues regarding outcomes of discussions and ongoing market developments.
Accurately plan meetings or events and other appropriate costs in the territory utilizing available resources to delivery activities that drive return on investment and high impact.


University degree or vocational degree in life science or health care, ideally PhD.
At least 1 year of commercial or medical Oncology field experience in Switzerland.
Good understanding of the science of oncology products.
Understanding of all key stakeholders (clinical and payor) and the local healthcare system (including access and routes to market) for the assigned territory and products.
Driver’s licence and the ability and desire to work and travel as appropriate in a field-based, customer-facing role.
Dynamic, ambitious, people-and team-oriented, highly strategic-analytical, pragmatic self-starter with a high motivation to succeed and progress.
Fluent German and English.
