Zur Vervollständigung unseres Team im Bereich Respiratory suchen wir eine(n) versierte(n) Sales Representative. Sie betreuen das Gebiet Basel, Aargau und Solothurn und sind verantwortlich für den Aus- und Aufbau von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen im definierten Gebiet.

Hauptaufgaben:

Verkauf von Produkten der Respirations-Produktpalette (Asthma und COPD) an Zielkunden (hauptsächlich Allgemeinmediziner)
Regelmässiger Austausch der Feedbacks mit internen Stakeholdern wie Produktspezialisten, Medical Manager, KAM’s, Verkaufsleitern, Marketingabteilung und Teamkollegen.
Proaktives Umsetzen der aktuellen Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien.
Organisation und Durchführung von regionalen Ärztemeetings und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen.
Teilnahme und Kundenbetreuung an nationalen Fachkongressen.
Selbstständige und regelmässige Analyse der regionalen Marktdaten.
Kontrolle und Verantwortung der Aussendienstterminierung.
Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des lokalen, regionalen Aussendienstteams.
Tägliches und gewissenhaftes Rapportieren der Verkaufsaktivitäten im CRM System.
Gewissenhafte Einhaltung der GSK Compliance Richtlinien.

Anforderungen:

Ausbildung im paramedizinischen Bereich (Drogist/in, Pharmaassistent/in, Mediz. Praxisassistentin, Physiotherapeut/in, Laborant/in, Pfleger/in etc.) oder einen Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Naturwissenschaften / Wirtschaft.
Eidg. Dipl. Pharmareferent/in oder SHQA von Vorteil.
Minimum 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Pharma Industrie.
Kenntnisse des zu betreuenden Verkaufsgebietes von Vorteil.
Kundenbeziehungen im GP-Bereich des Gebietes von Vorteil.
Aussendiensterfahrung von Vorteil.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise Französisch/Italienischkenntnisse.
