Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
This is a hybrid role.
A successful ISR will become a critical member of the sales teams by helping to influence strong customer relationships and long-term growth within the Aerospace Defense and Marine accounts. In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to support new opportunity and design activity on critical customer platforms in aircraft, spacecraft, ships, weapon systems, and defense equipment.
ISR’s will have an opportunity to grow and advance within TE through fundamental engagement within many aspects of the customer interaction/experience. You will take part in customer engineering efforts, pricing/contract negotiations, and quality & delivery assurance with planned coordination and support from TE Account Managers, Field Application Engineers, Product Managers, Product Engineers, Quality Engineers, Planners, Pricing Analysts, Contracts Analysts, Customer Service and Distribution Channel Partners.
What your background should look like:
We prefer candidates with component sales experience, but it's not mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with a preference for Technical or Marketing Degrees. Travel expectation is less than 10%.
The ideal candidate for our Inside Sales Representative role will be ambitious and career-oriented. Sales experience is preferred, especially within the Aerospace & Defense Industry. Technical skills or the ability to learn them are crucial. They should be self-motivated and capable of excelling in a challenging environment, driven by targets and results. Proficiency in Microsoft and SAP is beneficial. Building strong relationships, working cross-functionally, and analyzing data are key skills we seek.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $63,184-$94,776 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
