Sr Specialist, Customer Logistics Planner

For our partner located in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Senior Specialist Customer & Logistic planner :

Tasks :

• Receive and process invoices from suppliers and follow up on price differences and payment requests.
• Manage the accurate receipt and processing of toll invoices
• Ensure that customers and supply sites comply with commercial and toll rules.
• Issue required shipping documents.
• Coordinate returns and rework at supply sites and ensure that costs are charged to the appropriate party.
• Organize the transport of products between manufacturing sites, LPs and customers and coordinate import and export activities
• Report transport incidents on inbound and outbound shipments and liaise with the global transport group.
• Manage basic customer data, contracts, information records
• Liaise with global/regional supply chain and quality on redeployments, assignments, product launches and change control.
• Liaise with Quality Control (QC) on testing, CoA release and production, inspection, and release of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with the external manufacturing organization in the implementation of new supply models.
• Review month-end inventory with third party logistics (3PL) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMO).
• Follow all regulatory, financial, environmental, health and safety (EHS) and security compliance procedures.
• Complete all system, application and product transactions
• Meet financial deadlines for monthly and annual sales reports.
• Provide supporting documentation for requested financial audits.Deliver results on time in a pressured environment

Profile :

• Degree in supply chain, business management
• knowledge of supply chain flows
• 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in multinational companies
• Have been in contact with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PLs for product distribution and export/import.
• Very good IT skills (SAP)
• Very good communication skills
