For on of my client I'm looking for a Sourcing Manager able to act as a project manager, in autonomy

EMEA Sourcing Manager

My client is an international company acting on the FMCG industry


Reporting directly to the Global Purchasing Director, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the purchasing strategy for EMEA
  • Optimize the supplier panel
  • Develop new suppliers and manage new product launch
  • Startegic sourcing management on a large portfolio
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Data analysis and reporting ensuring the pricing remains stable
  • Work together with Quality, R&D and Marketing departments on Procurement documentation
  • Cost model definition with Sub-contractors
  • Support quality, environmental and safety initiatives


  • Strong Management skills and ability to influence the team members
  • Minimum 5 year experience in the Purchasing department of a company acting in the FMCG industry ideally food or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in English and French
  • At ease with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in SAP & BW reporting
