Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Department Head, you’ll support the Product Managers by providing all data-driven investigations aimed to substantiate any product initiative in any product lifecycle phase.

  • Maintaining of accurate reports enabling product and market decisions. Update of existing analysis and proactively investigation of changes or deviations
  • Supports data entry, integrity checks and maintenance with respect to subsidiaries and headquarter inputs related to department activities.
  • Owns administrative support for all of Product Managers and some of Applications activities.
  • Contributions to data management in all ERP, CRM, databases and IT systems used for products, sales, pre- and after-sales product collaterals (information, datasheet, presentations etc.).
  • Contribution to possibly owning some critical administrative task of higher complexity (NDAs, Terms and Conditions, price list, discounts and likewise).
  • Cost and ROI updates of products and projects owned by the department.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor level from economic, commerce or scientific education programs.
  • Between 3 and 6 year experience in the same role or in administrative positions from sales, after sales, Product Management, Customer service and similar departments in a high-tech and modern business environment.
  • Excellent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience with ERPs and CRMs necessary;
  • Very good written and spoken English and French. German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to think in a structured way and detail oriented.
  • Patient, flexible, proactive and autonomous
