BenLink is a Swiss technology company and part of the Buhler Group that is improving the global food value chain. We provide professional services for industrial food production sites through a global digital platform, using smart real-time technologies to match service technicians and customers. Services provided to customers range from inspections and maintenance to repairs and spare parts as well as specific data-based services. Service technicians are digitally trained and enabled during the service execution in the field. We call them the 'BenLink Crowd'. At BenLink we are big thinkers and changing the industry!

Tasks

  • Leadership and coordination of all daily operations, such as quotation, execution of service projects as well as the handling of our service network
  • Contribute to strategy development together with the CEO and other senior management
  • Analyze business processes and manage continuous improvement for boosting effectiveness and efficiency
  • Implement global EHS management within the company
  • Implement & ensure professional project management standards at BenLink.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations in all countries of operation
  • Support sales force with clarifying technical customer requirements and offer preparation
  • Closely collaborate with sales, quotation, R&D, service network and their internal stakeholders
  • Leadership and coaching of the operations team according to BenLink values and corporate culture
  • Manage internal projects and initiatives as needed

Required qualifications

  • Completed technical education (e.g. HTL, FH, University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering)
  • Experience in order planning and execution as well as in mechanical engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ideally on an international level
  • Ability to work within teams with different targets and constellations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as English language skills
  • Integrative personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Capacity to stay calm under pressure and ability to be a problem solver
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel (worldwide, approx. 20%)

Preferred qualifications

  • Additional project management training (PMI or IPMA)
  • SAP and/or any other ERP knowledge
